Formula can be applied on eyelids and inner corners to lock in eyeshadow or under eyes to help prevent concealer creasing.

Hyaluronic acid and hemp-derived cannabis seed extract boost hydration for delicate eyelid and under eye area. Niacinamide (vitamin B3) and aloe water help provide additional moisture and antioxidant benefits.

DIRECTIONS:

Apply a thin layer onto clean eyelids or under eye area and blend with fingertips.
Allow formula to dry down completely to activate grip before applying eye makeup.
