Master Metal™ Manipulator™ is the ultimate mixing agent for metallic pigments.

  • Instantly transforms our Master Metals™ shadows into liquid, creating gorgeous metal foils.
  • When mixed with pigment, it provides intense grip, lasting power, and locks the formula in place.
  • Can be pressed on top of lip and brow products to make them transfer-resistant.

Add a drop of Manipulator™ onto your brush, and then dip it into the shadow of your choice.

Use the spatula to scrape a bit of Master Metals™ into the removable mixing well, add a bit of Manipulator™, mix with the spatula or E 4 brush, and watch as the shadow transforms into pearlized liquid foil.

Apply to the lids with the E 4 or E 5 brush or line the eyes for a full coverage, editorial effect that is super long-lasting.
